The solar industry is exploding and Solar Masters is a solar company helping homeowners take advantage. As it’s a relatively new field, we could go door-to-door or flood people’s phones with cold-calls, but we think a way that rewards both homeowners and businesses already in the home improvement industry is to work through referral based methods. Depending on your industry, recommending solar or having a solar contact may drive more business to you as well!
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR CLIENTS?
Since the only agreement we can enter is one that saves the homeowner money, we will only pursue opportunities in which we are showing savings to the homeowner. Your clients will spend $0 out of pocket for installation, permitting, maintenance & repair with a 25-year warranty on the solar panels. Additionally, we’ll give each homeowner you refer who meets with us a $25 cash card if they qualify to go solar, whether they move forward or not. We don’t sell anyone’s names, and are only responding to those customers of yours who have filled out a request for information.
HOW COMPLICATED IS IT?
We don’t know the easiest way you’ve added revenue to your business, but we bet this will be close. You won’t hand us your customer list. You won’t personally call every customer you have (although you might want to after we talk). Allow us to create an email or text message with a custom link that you can send to interested clients (the link can also be added to your website). We’ll set up a time to meet with them and if they go solar, you will get the benefit paid directly to you. The link will be tied to a referral account so you can also track who signs up, who meets with us, and who goes solar!
WHAT CAN I MAKE?
Currently, we pay $500 just for a simple customer referral, so our B2B referral program pays that AS A MINIMUM. At the moment, there are some special situations that allow us to reward our B2B referral partners rather well. There is no cap on referrals and we are fully scalable. WHAT IF I WANT MY SALES TEAM TO ADD SOLAR TO OUR OFFERINGS?
We create custom training programs depending on the number of people involved and can tailor them from a few concentrated days to a full month. We’ll provide full support on industry changes as well as taking opportunities from initiation to installation. Affiliated sales teams benefit from a larger revenue share on completed solar installations, benefit from quarterly bonuses and more.
